The location of this home is another aspect that thrilled the owner.  It is located in a little known subdivision of brick ranch homes with no basement at the southeast corner of Overland.  See below for the demographics of the neighborhood.
The location is within five minutes of the entrance to 170 for easy access to Clayton, the downtown business district and the airport.  It is walkable.  The owner has walked for groceries many times,  Overland Plaza is at the corner of Page and Woodson with retail, restaurants and grocery store  I disagree with the 61 score given by walkscore.com.The bus lines are the 66 Clayton-Airport (.1 miles) and the 94 Page (.3 miles).

Schools
