7071 Corbitt Avenue,University City, MO 63130
2+ bedroom, 1.5 bath, Only $150000
7071 Corbitt Avenue has just had a very creative renovation to meet the current needs of families. It has a cathedral ceiling, a loft area, and an updated kitchen.
Living room with cathedral ceiling and loft:
It is an open floor plan with an updated kitchen. Check out the sweet breakfast room.
Even though it is classified as a 2 bedroom, the upstairs room will probably be fought over by the kids and maybe even the adults. It is so unique and perfect for the artist in you. The current floor is linoleum so that spills and over zealous painting do not present a problem. Also there are probably more pine floors under the linoleum for a weekend project at some time in the future.
This loft room is immediately off the “attic bedroom” and a great place for homework or other quiet type work. It is open to the living area so no one needs to be completely cut-off from the rest of the family.
And the other new addition to this home is the finished room and half bath in the basement. What can I say.
