location
The Village of Bel-Nor is a community of citizens who seem to really enjoy many of the amenities of the metropolitan St Louis area. It is close to two Metrolink stops and many of the homeowners take advantage of this to get to Cardinal baseball games, Forest Park, the Peabody, the Arch, etc. It is also immediately across from the University of Missouri St Louis. In addition to being able to grab some classes very easily, UMSL also has The Touhill Performing Arts Center which offers some wonderful theater and also some free events.
I was introduced to the Village of Bel-Nor through my friend Tina Tucker about twenty years ago. She grew up in Bel-Nor. After living in different places around the US, Tina ended up back in Bel-Nor because of its quality of life, affordability and convenience.
Bel-Nor is located just east of Hanley Road and south of Natural Bridge Road across from the University of Missouri St Louis (UMSL).
Oh my, I almost forgot to mention that just to the east of this subdivision (and I believe there is still a tunnel leading to it) is St Vincent’s Park. St Vincent’s Park is a St Louis County Park with a water park, baseball fields (my son played here), a pavilion and community center.
