It is within a half mile from the entrance to Ruth Park Golf Course which is a nine-hole golf course (oft visited by my son).
Kaufman Park is about 3 blocks distant from 7925 Glenside. Kaufman Park is 7.7 acres, contains 4 tennis courts and a practice area. In addition there is a playground and walking areas for nature study. It is adjacent to The Green Center which is a center for environmental education and the arts.

Does this “mid century modern” home have a basement? Do any of the for sale properties on that street have basements? Does this property have I-170 at the rear? Does this property have a pending offer? Does this property require flood insurance? I am looking to downsize and this would be perfect, however I do need a basement.
