My husband and I moved into this neighborhood several years ago from University City.  I wouldn’t trade it.  We love catching the Metrolink and enjoying downtown St Louis functions.  Or walking over to Forest Park to enjoy the ballon race.  Or walking to the Delmar Loop for a root beer float.  I can’t say enough about it.

There is a 30 year action plan for the Delmar Loop and Forest Park-DeBaliviere Metrolink Stations.  The plan is extensive and is transit oriented.  For people who are wanting to have easier public transit, this is certainly the place to be.
