My only comment the entire trip was: “You get what you pay for.” But that is not always true in real estate, especially in St Louis. The St Louis area has so many “secret neighborhoods” that just don’t get the right press for some reason keeping prices in these areas within an affordable budget. However, shopping restaurants and schools are within a mile. Downtown Ferguson is within 3 miles and has some unique shops and restaurants.
