The location is within five minutes of the entrance to 170 for easy access to Clayton, the downtown business district and the airport.  It is walkable.  The current owner has walked for groceries many times,  Overland Plaza is at the corner of Page and Woodson with retail, restaurants and grocery store  I disagree with the 61 score given by walkscore.com.

The bus lines are the 66 Clayton-Airport (.1 miles) and the 94 Page (.3 miles).
